Our testing laboratories are sponsored by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Health Department and provide support for commercial development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core mission. Our company was created to provide the high quality, inexpensive services of these facilities to start-up biotech companies in the U.S. and EU, thereby providing them with a smart option for advancing development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We offer a broad range of pre-clinical toxicology including drug safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharmacological screening, bioavailability, bioequivalence, and complete in vivo and in vitro screening for anticancer activity.
Our preclinical CRO is able to price preclinical research far below other Contract Research Organizations because we have a very low overhead in the USA and conduct all trials in Ukraine where personnel and lab costs are much lower. Our staff in the USA consists only of the company principals who deal directly with customers; we have no promotion expenses other than our site, and no main offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase costs. We have much lower trials conduct costs in Kiev, UA due to much lower labor rates and are able to provide our most attractive rates for long-term and more complex preclinical studies where labor is the greatest part of the overall cost. Since we use the same reliable international providers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we have no cost savings on these items and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term preclinical trials. But, regardless of your test protocol and length, our goal is to give our clients the greatest possible value for their investment.
